Constant Eagle Hill leverages the disaster and crisis management experience of CONSTANT and the management consulting and training experience of Eagle Hill to offer a unique and innovative combination of skills and experience, supported by a deep understanding of our clients\u2019 missions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Constant Eagle Hill has a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsa.gov\/buy-through-us\/products-and-services\/human-capital\/human-capital-and-training-solutions\">GSA Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) 8(a) Pool 1<\/a> contract.
